Who we are:

ACTS – is the multidisciplinary specialist addiction nurse led service covering both Royal Bournemouth & Poole Hospital sites. Our dedicated team provides hospital patients with Identification and Brief Alcohol Advice; Inpatient, Outpatient and Elective alcohol detoxification; linking/referring patients with the appropriate alcohol community services and Assertive Outreach alcohol community-based support for frequent attenders to hospital.

Why we are fundraising:

We would like to give knowledge and support on the risks associated with drugs & alcohol - to enable informed decisions about how to reduce the harm addiction can cause. This fundraiser brings an opportunity to raise awareness and time for change.
